‘Jashn-e-Zindagi’ an event for cancer awareness and a fundraiser was organised on 6th August, 2022 at Lalit Mahal to raise awareness and education about cancer. To participate in this noble cause, Venkateshwar Signature School, Raipur, became a partner of this benevolent act along with News18. Bollywood singer and prince of Bhangra, Sukhbir Singh, enthralled the audience with his mesmerising songs. The opportunity was used to honour the cancer survivors for the undying spirit and the doctors for their indefatigable efforts.
On its path to create exemplary citizens Venkateshwar Signature School promotes values that are fundamental to living in harmony and social progress like respect, empathy, solidarity and critical thinking.
Chairman Capt. Ankur Dhillon and Principal Ms. Sowmya Raghubir graced the event and motivated the young students to imbibe the value of giving hope to build a better society. Both the dignitaries were felicitated by the News 18 team for joining hands for such a noble cause.
