KORBA, September, 10. SECL Director (Technical Operations)/P&P Shri Ramesh Chandra Mohapatra visited Dipka Mega Mines, with a primary focus on reviewing coal dispatch and mine operations. During the visit, he inspected the coal face and assessed the operational preparedness of the mine.
He held detailed discussions with officials on coal dispatch to the power sector, particularly reviewing rake availability, daily dispatch performance, loading arrangements and measures to ensure smooth and timely movement of coal. He also reviewed the illumination arrangements in the mine to support safe and efficient operations during night shifts.
Shri Mohapatra further took an overview of other activities associated with Operations/P&P and advised officials to maintain operational efficiency, strengthen dispatch planning and ensure uninterrupted coal supply to the power sector.
