Raipur, October 22, 2026/ President Smt. Droupadi Murmu on Thursday released a ₹200 commemorative coin in honour of Pujya Mata Hasi Devi at Chhattisgarh Mandapam in Lok Bhavan, in the presence of Governor Shri Ramen Deka and Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai.
The coin has been issued by the Union Ministry of Finance to mark the 200th birth anniversary of Mata Sahib Hasi Devi, the fifth spiritual head (Peethadheesh) of Pujya Shadani Darbar in Raipur. The release of a commemorative coin honouring the revered Sindhi spiritual figure marks a historic occasion for the community and is a matter of pride for crores of Sindhis living in India and abroad.
Following its unveiling, devotees and coin collectors will be able to book the commemorative coin through various units of Shadani Darbar.
The special coin features an image of Pujya Mata Hasi Devi. One side bears the Lion Capital of Ashoka, along with the denomination of ₹200. The initiative aims to preserve and carry forward her life, teachings and spiritual contributions for future generations.
The welcome address was delivered by Sant Dr Yudhishthir Lal, Peethadheesh of Pujya Shadani Darbar, Raipur.
The event was attended by Smt.
